Wanting to design and make silver jewellery is something that had intrigued and interested Priscilla Woollard since her teens. This interest was realised some years later after she had raised two wonderful children with a very special husband. She now strongly advocates the popular saying “it is never, ever too late to change direction and fulfil a dream”.

The dream now realised and Priscilla has now walked, very firmly down the road of jewellery design and production and now runs a successful design studio called ‘Cilly-Billys’.

Helping her on the road to success has been her mentor and renowned designer Nichola Hurst. Priscilla says “with a mountain of help, patience and encouragement from this talented lady, I am now able to design, produce and sell my own unique pieces of jewellery”.

Priscilla takes inspiration from everything and anything around her; a piece of cutlery, a shape of a leaf or the natural sky-scape to create her designs for her special jewellery. She is fortunate to find people who like her, are passionate about lapidary and can supply unusual and beautifully cut stones to help her create necklaces, pendants, bracelets, rings and earrings.

With pieces that appeal to every age and taste, Cilly-Billys truly does offer something for everyone. Priscilla says, “I am a very lucky lady and love what I do.
