We are confident that you will be totally delighted and satisfied
with your purchase from Cilly-Billy’s. In the very
unlikely case that you are disappointed, please do not hesitate
to contact us within seven days of receipt of the item
and we will do our utmost to help and will provide details on how to make
a return and will arrange a refund after items are returned
unused and in their
original condition. We cannot however offer any refund for earrings due to
hygiene reasons. To avoid the possibility of any disappointment, please thoroughly
check the item description before you buy.
Sadly, at this time, we cannot offer a refund to people ordering
from abroad due to the customs and Paypal charges incurred from overseas
returns as these can add up to a significant amount at our expense.
The original postage charge is non-refundable and the buyer must
bear the return postage cost. We do not take responsibility for
items damaged in the post, all orders are sent thoroughly packaged
to avoid
any damage, and damaged items will have to be claimed for via Royal
Mail.
